Nickel Silver Publishing LLC, a Texas limited liability company operating Nickel Silver Press

and Nickel Silver Humanities Press ("Nickel Silver," "we," "our," or "us"), respects your

privacy. This policy explains what we collect through nickelsilverpress.com (the "Site"), how

we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

Contact details: name and email address when you write to us, join our mailing list, or

place an order.

Order details: shipping and billing address and the products you order. Payments are

processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Questionnaire responses: your answers to our reader-preferences questionnaire (for

example, genres and topics you enjoy), which we use to tailor what we send you.

Messages: anything you include when you contact us.

Information collected automatically

IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring pages,

collected through cookies and analytics tools (Duda Analytics, Google Analytics, & Kit.com).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send

any.

2. How We Use Your Information

To process and fulfill orders, including pre-orders, and communicate about them.

To respond to your messages and requests.

To send newsletters, launch announcements, and updates, only if you have opted in.

To personalize communications based on your questionnaire answers.

To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember preferences,

and understand traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings,

though parts of the Site may not work properly. Where required by law, we ask for your

consent before setting non-essential cookies.

4. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help

us run the business, and only as needed:

Stripe (payment processing)

Duda (website hosting and platform)

Kit.com (newsletters and confirmations)

Analytics providers listed in Section 3

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We may also

disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or in

connection with a sale or restructuring of the business.

5. Email Communications

Marketing emails are sent only to people who opt in. Every marketing email includes an

unsubscribe link and our contact information. Unsubscribing will not stop transactional

messages about an order you placed.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Order and tax

records are kept as long as the law requires. Mailing-list and questionnaire data are kept

until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Messages are kept for a reasonable period

to handle your request.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and we rely on established

providers such as Stripe for payment security. No method of transmission or storage is

completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or

to stop sending you marketing emails, by writing to [Insert Contact Email]. We will respond

within a reasonable time and in any event within the period required by law. Depending on

where you live, you may also have additional rights described below.

Readers in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. We

process your data on these legal bases: performing a contract with you (orders), your

consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests (running and

securing the Site, responding to inquiries), and legal obligations. You may have the right to

access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your data, to data portability, to

withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection

authority. Because we are based in the United States, your data is transferred to and

processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.

Residents of U.S. states with privacy laws (such as California and Texas) may have rights

to know, access, correct, and delete their data and to opt out of sale or targeted advertising.

We do not sell personal information. To exercise a right, contact us at the email below.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal

information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Archival and Historical Material

privacy reasons, contact us at [Insert Contact Email] and we will review your request

promptly.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so

please review their policies.
